March 18, 2022: Burbank, CA 91506 Burroughs Bears (Burbank, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting University Wildcats (Los Angeles, CA), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Bears clash with the Lake Balboa College Prep Cougars (Lake Balboa, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, March 19. Burroughs will attempt to advance on its 11-3 season record. The Cougars come into the match with a 5-11 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Van Nuys (Van Nuys, CA).
With the defeat, University falls to 14-3 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Marshall (Los Angeles, CA) to meet the Barristers in a non-league game on Friday, March 18.
