March 18, 2022: San Diego, CA 92122 The University City Centurions topped the visiting Roosevelt Mustangs volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.
The Centurions now have a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Morse for a City Eastern test on Wednesday, March 23. University City will confront a Tigers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Bonita Vista (Chula Vista, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 16-3.
The Mustangs (16-4) will now prepare for their test against Scripps Ranch (San Diego, CA). The Falcons enter the non-league test with a 9-3 record. In their last test, Scripps Ranch gained a win over Mission Viejo (Mission Viejo, CA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
