March 18, 2022: Searcy, AR 72143 Batesville Pioneers (Batesville, AR) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Riverview Raiders (Searcy, AR), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Pioneers confront the Jonesboro Hurricane (Jonesboro, AR) in a 5A East challenge, on Wednesday, March 30. Batesville will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Hurricane enter the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Clarksville (Clarksville, AR).
The Raiders now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host Wynne for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 29. Riverview will confront a Yellowjackets team coming off a 1-1 non-league Nettleton (Jonesboro, AR). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 5-0.
