March 18, 2023: El Paso, TX 79915 Las Cruces Bulldawgs (Las Cruces, NM) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Bel Air Highlanders (El Paso, TX), 13-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Las Cruces upgrades its record to 7-3 on the season. The Bulldawgs travel to Mayfield (Las Cruces, NM) to battle the Trojans in a 5A District 3 test on Monday, March 27. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 5-6. Mayfield lost 9-8 in their recent non-league test against Clovis (Clovis, NM)
With the defeat, Bel Air falls to 5-9 on the season. The Highlanders host Hanks (El Paso, TX) to battle the Knights in a 5A Region I District 2 test on Tuesday, March 21. The Knights come into the test with a record of 11-5. Hanks won 6-3 in their recent league test against Ysleta (El Paso, TX)
