Mercyhurst Prep Lakers (Erie, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Serra Catholic Eagles (McKeesport, PA), 6-4 in a non-league test.

With the win, Mercyhurst Prep upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Lakers host Meadville (Meadville, PA) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Friday, March 24. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 0-0.
