March 18, 2023: Santa Monica, CA 90404 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Bell Gardens Lancers (Bell Gardens, CA) and the host New Roads Jaguars (Santa Monica, CA), saw Bell Gardens's volleyball squad beat New Roads by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Bell Gardens upgrades its record to 7-9 on the year. The Lancers travel to San Juan Hills (San Juan Capistrano, CA) to play the Stallions in a non-league bout on Saturday, March 18. The Stallions go into the bout with a record of 5-6. San Juan Hills lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Dana Hills (Dana Point, CA)
The Jaguars now own a 2-12 record. They play next when they travel to Paramount for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 18. New Roads will play a Pirates squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Gahr (Cerritos, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 9-5.
