March 18, 2023: Albany, GA 31707 The crowd at Saturday's non-league test between the Deerfield-Windsor Knights (Albany, GA) and the visiting Dougherty Trojans (Albany, GA), saw Deerfield-Windsor's soccer squad triumph over Dougherty by a count of 10-0.
The Knights now hold a 4-2 record. They play next when they host Thomasville for a non-league test on Monday, March 20. Deerfield-Windsor will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Crisp County (Cordele, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-5.
With the loss, Dougherty drops to 2-8 on the season. The Trojans travel to Bainbridge (Bainbridge, GA) to meet the Bearcats in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 21. The Bearcats come into the test with a record of 11-1. Bainbridge won 10-0 in their recent league test against Westover (Albany, GA)
