March 18, 2024: Hyattsville, MD 20781 DeMatha Stags (Hyattsville, MD) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Northern Patriots (Owings, MD), 21-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, DeMatha upgrades its record to 6-0 on the season. The Stags travel to Bishop Ireton (Alexandria, VA) to battle the Cardinals in a Washington Catholic test on Tuesday, March 19. The Cardinals come into the test with a record of 0-2. Bishop Ireton lost 11-1 in their recent non-league test against St. Anne's-Belfield (Charlottesville, VA)
