Carrboro Jaguars (Carrboro, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Panther Creek Catamounts (Cary, NC), 14-4 in a non-league test.

The Jaguars now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Grimsley for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 19. Carrboro will face a Whirlies squad coming off a 17-16 league win over Western Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Whirlies record now stands at 5-0.

In their next game, the Catamounts face the Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC) in a Southwest Wake test, on Tuesday, March 19. Panther Creek will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record. The Patriots come into the test with a 6-0 record after their 14-1 non-league win over Jordan (Durham, NC).
