The Fort Cherry Rangers baseball squad (McDonald, PA), was edged 16-15 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the visiting Freedom Area Bulldogs (Freedom, PA)

With the triumph, Freedom Area moves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Northgate (Pittsburgh, PA) to confront the Flames in a WPIAL 2A 2 contest on Monday, March 24. The Flames come into the contest with a record of 0-3. Northgate lost 13-11 in their recent non-league contest against Beaver Falls (Beaver Falls, PA)

The Rangers now possess a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Side for a non-league contest on Wednesday, March 19. Fort Cherry will confront a Rams squad coming off a 12-5 non-league loss to Eden Christian Academy (Pittsburgh, PA). The Rams record now stands at 0-1.
