The St. John Paul II Panthers (Tallahassee, FL) baseball trounced the host Leon Lions (Tallahassee, FL), 7-1 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they host Taylor County for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 20. St. John Paul II will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 10-4 non-league win over Valwood (Valdosta, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-4.

With the defeat, Leon drops to 9-5 on the year. The Lions host Seabreeze (Daytona Beach, FL) to clash with the Sandcrabs in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 19. The Sandcrabs go into the challenge with a record of 9-5. Seabreeze won 9-4 in their recent non-league challenge against North Florida Christian (Tallahassee, FL)
