The Wilson Warriors baseball team scored 7 runs and held the host Lexington Golden Bears to 3 in the Warriors non-league win on Tuesday.

The Warriors now own a 8-10 record. They take the field next when they host Brooks for a 4A Area 14 test on Friday, March 21. Wilson will clash with a Lions team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Decatur Heritage Christian Academy (Decatur, AL). The Lions record now stands at 4-12.

With the defeat, Lexington drops to 6-10 on the year. The Golden bears travel to Hatton (Town Creek, AL) to clash with the Hornets in a non-league test on Thursday, March 20. The Hornets go into the test with a record of 13-7. Hatton won 7-4 in their recent non-league test against Red Bay (Red Bay, AL)
