Virginia High School Baseball - Steward loses to St. Anne's-Belfield
March 18, 2025: Charlottesville, VA 22903 St. Anne's-Belfield Saints (Charlottesville, VA) fans left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Steward Spartans (Richmond, VA), 8-2 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, St. Anne's-Belfield advances its record to 4-2 on the season. The Saints host Walsingham Academy (Williamsburg, VA) to battle the Trojans in a non-league match on Saturday, March 22. The Trojans come into the match with a record of 2-2. Walsingham Academy lost 7-2 in their recent non-league match against Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association (Amelia Court House, VA)
The Spartans now have a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Atlantic Shores Christian for a non-league match on Saturday, March 22. Steward will battle a Seahawks squad coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Hampton Roads Academy (Newport News, VA). The Seahawks record now stands at 5-1.
