Florida High School Lacrosse - Wellington overwhelms Spanish River
March 18, 2025: Wellington, FL 33414 The Wellington Wolverines lacrosse squad scored 14 points and limited the visiting Spanish River Sharks to 10 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wolverines now own a 7-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dwyer for a 2A D13 challenge on Thursday, March 20. Wellington will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 17-4 league loss to Jupiter (Jupiter, FL). The Panthers record now stands at 4-5.
With the loss, Spanish River falls to 8-3 on the year. The Sharks travel to NSU University (Fort Lauderdale, FL) to clash with the Sharks in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 1. The Sharks go into the challenge with a record of 4-8.
