Washington High School Softball - Peninsula drops to North Kitsap
March 18, 2025: Poulsbo, WA 98370 North Kitsap Vikings (Poulsbo, WA) supporters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting Peninsula Seahawks (Gig Harbor, WA), 9-1 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, North Kitsap improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Vikings host Olympic (Bremerton, WA) to face the Trojans in a non-league game on Monday, March 24. The Trojans enter the game with a record of 1-0. Olympic won 14-2 in their recent non-league game against Shelton (Shelton, WA)
The Seahawks now hold a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Capital for a non-league game on Monday, March 24. Peninsula will face a Cougars squad coming off a 10-7 non-league win over Bellarmine Prep (Tacoma, WA). The Cougars record now stands at 1-0.
