Virginia High School Lacrosse - Orange County overwhelms Culpeper County
March 18, 2025: Culpeper, VA 22701 The Orange County Fighting Hornets lacrosse squad scored 13 points and limited the host Culpeper County Blue Devils to 2 in the Fighting Hornets non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Fighting Hornets now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Riverbend for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 21. Orange County will clash with a Bears squad coming off a 7-5 league loss to Mountain View (Stafford, VA). The Bears record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Culpeper County falls to 0-1 on the year. The Blue devils host Goochland (Goochland, VA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 20. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Goochland won 12-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Patrick Henry (Ashland, VA)
