Louisiana High School Softball - Weston bounces Doyline
March 18, 2025: Jonesboro, LA 71251 The Weston Wolves softball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Doyline Panthers to 5 in the Wolves league win on Tuesday.
The Wolves now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Captain Shreve for a non-league battle on Friday, March 21. Weston will encounter a Gators team coming off a 7-1 league loss to Natchitoches Central (Natchitoches, LA). The Gators record now stands at 10-8.
With the loss, Doyline moves to 3-4 on the season. The Panthers host Gibsland-Coleman (Gibsland, LA) to encounter the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Friday, March 21. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a record of 1-1. Gibsland-Coleman lost 12-2 in their recent non-league battle against Saline (Saline, LA)
