Interboro Buccaneers (Prospect Park, PA) supporters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Haverford Fords (Havertown, PA), 6-3 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Interboro improves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Buccaneers travel to Upper Darby (Drexel Hill, PA) to face the Royals in a non-league game on Thursday, March 20. The Royals enter the game with a record of 1-3. Upper Darby lost 14-5 in their recent league game against Ridley (Folsom, PA)

The Fords now hold a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Garnet Valley for a Central game on Wednesday, March 19. Haverford will face a Jaguars squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Cardinal O'Hara (Springfield, PA). The Jaguars record now stands at 1-3.
