March 18, 2026: Nashville, GA 31639 In Wednesday's non-league bout, the Irwin County Indians (Ocilla, GA) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Berrien Rebels (Nashville, GA), by a count of 13-0.
The Indians now own a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Fitzgerald for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 25. Irwin County will clash with a Purple Hurricane team coming off a 12-0 non-league loss to Coffee (Douglas, GA). The Purple Hurricane record now stands at 7-3.
With the defeat, Berrien drops to 0-2 on the year. The Rebels host Cook (Adel, GA) to clash with the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 30. The Hornets go into the challenge with a record of 2-3.
