The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Camas Papermakers (Camas, WA) and the visiting Woodland Beavers (Woodland, WA), observed Camas's softball team get by Woodland by a tally of 7-5.

With the triumph, Camas improves its record to 1-1 on the year. The Papermakers travel to Ridgefield (Ridgefield, WA) to face the Spudders in a non-league contest on Friday, March 20. The Spudders enter the contest with a record of 1-0. Ridgefield won 17-3 in their recent non-league contest against Seton Catholic (Vancouver, WA)

The Beavers now hold a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to WF West for a non-league contest on Thursday, March 19. Woodland will face a Bearcats squad coming off a 12-10 non-league win over Kelso (Kelso, WA). The Bearcats record now stands at 2-1.
