Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Poly Parrots (Sun Valley, CA) and the visiting Taft Toreadors (Woodland Hills, CA), saw Poly's baseball squad edge Taft by a margin of 3-2.

Coming up next, the Parrots play the Monroe Vikings (North Hills, CA) in a East Valley battle, on Wednesday, March 23. Poly will attempt to better on its 6-5 season record. The Vikings enter the battle with a 7-4 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Sherman Oaks CES (Reseda, CA).
