The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Fresno Warriors (Fresno, CA) and the visiting Franklin Wildcats (Elk Grove, CA), saw Fresno's volleyball squad nip Franklin by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Fresno upgrades its record to 5-4 on the year. The Warriors travel to Roosevelt (Fresno, CA) to play the Rough Riders in a North Yosemite bout on Tuesday, March 22. The Rough Riders go into the bout with a record of 1-12. Roosevelt lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Fresno Christian (Fresno, CA)

The Wildcats now own a 9-5 record. They play next when they travel to Pleasant Grove for a Delta League bout on Monday, March 21. Franklin will play a Eagles squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Jesuit (Carmichael, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 4-1.
