California High School Volleyball - Washington Union over Davis
March 19, 2022: Fresno, CA 93706 Washington Union Panthers (Fresno, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Davis Spartans (Modesto, CA), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Panthers battle the Reedley Pirates (Reedley, CA) in a North Yosemite match, on Tuesday, March 22. Washington Union will attempt to advance on its 3-9 season record. The Pirates come into the match with a 10-5 record after their 3-1 league win over Torres (Madera, CA).
With the loss, Davis drops to 2-6 on the campaign. The Spartans host Lathrop (Lathrop, CA) to battle the Spartans in a Western Athletic Conference match on Monday, March 21. The Spartans come into the match with a record of 13-0. Lathrop won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Elk Grove (Elk Grove, CA)
