In Saturday's non-league test, the host Copley Indians lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-5 victory over the Medina Battling Bees.

The Indians now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy for a Region 5 test on Thursday, March 24.

In their next game, the Battling Bees face the Olentangy Liberty Patriots (Powell, OH) in a Region 1 test, on Saturday, March 26. Medina will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
