March 19, 2022: San Diego, CA 92130 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Torrey Pines Falcons (San Diego, CA) and the visiting St. Ignatius Wildcats (San Francisco, CA), saw Torrey Pines's lacrosse team nudge St. Ignatius by a margin of 14-13.
The Falcons (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Corona del Mar (Newport Beach, CA). The Sea Kings enter the non-league challenge with a 5-0 record. In their last challenge, Corona del Mar edged Regis Jesuit (Aurora, CO), 10-9, in a non-league challenge.
The Wildcats (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Menlo School (Atherton, CA). The Knights enter the WCAL challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Menlo School edged Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory (San Francisco, CA), 15-3, in a league challenge.
