South Carolina High School Softball - Union County can't hold off Summerville
March 19, 2022: Summerville, SC 29483 The Summerville Green Wave softball team scored 3 runs and limited the visiting Union County Yellowjackets to 2 in the Green Wave non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Summerville improves its record to 9-2 on the year. The Green Wave host Wando (Mt. Pleasant, SC) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league game on Tuesday, March 22. The Warriors come into the game with a record of 5-3. Wando lost 4-1 in their recent non-league game against Georgetown (Georgetown, SC)
In their next game, the Yellowjackets clash with the Chapman Panthers (Inman, SC) in a AAA Region 3 game, on Tuesday, March 29. Union County will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
