Mississippi High School Baseball - O'Bannon loses to Indianola Academy
March 19, 2024: Greenville, MS 38704 The Indianola Academy Colonels crushed the host O'Bannon Greenwaves baseball team by a count of 10-4 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Colonels now possess a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Delta for a MAIS 4A District 1 bout on Tuesday, March 26. Indianola Academy will face a Green Wave team coming off a 12-0 league win over Lee Academy (Clarksdale, MS). The Green Wave record now stands at 13-3.
Next, the Greenwaves face the Greenville Christian Saints (Greenville, MS) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 23. O'Bannon will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Saints enter the bout with a 0-4 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to Greenville (Greenville, MS).
