New York High School Lacrosse - East Meadow can't get by Glen Cove
March 19, 2024: Glen Cove, NY 11542 In Tuesday's non-league test, the host Glen Cove Big Red lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-8 victory over the East Meadow Jets.
The Big Red now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Roslyn for a non-league test on Friday, March 22. Glen Cove will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 10-7 non-league loss to Manhasset (Manhasset, NY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-1.
In their next game, the Jets face the Oyster Bay Baymen (Oyster Bay, NY) in a non-league test, on Thursday, March 21. East Meadow will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Baymen come into the test with a 0-1 record after their 9-7 non-league loss to Hewlett (Hewlett, NY).
