Oregon High School Softball - South Salem bounces Franklin
March 19, 2024: Salem, OR 97302 South Salem Saxons (Salem, OR) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Franklin Quakers (Portland, OR), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Saxons now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Lakeridge for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 20. South Salem will battle a Pacers squad coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Wilsonville (Wilsonville, OR). The Pacers record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Franklin falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Quakers host La Salle (Milwaukie, OR) to battle the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 20. The Falcons enter the challenge with a record of 1-2. La Salle won 12-2 in their recent non-league challenge against South Albany (Albany, OR)
