March 19, 2025: Olympia, WA 98501 The Olympia Bears (Olympia, WA) baseball got by the visiting Tumwater Thunderbirds (Tumwater, WA), 7-6 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
The Bears now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Enumclaw for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 21. Olympia will clash with a Hornets team coming off a 19-1 league win over Kent-Meridian (Kent, WA). The Hornets record now stands at 3-0.
With the defeat, Tumwater drops to 0-2 on the year. The Thunderbirds travel to Tahoma (Maple Valley, WA) to clash with the Bears in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 21. The Bears go into the challenge with a record of 3-0. Tahoma won 8-3 in their recent non-league challenge against O'Dea (Seattle, WA)
