March 19, 2025: Akron, OH 44303 The St. Vincent-St. Mary Fighting Irish (Akron, OH) volleyball were victorious over the visiting Normandy Invaders (Parma, OH), 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Fighting Irish now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Villa Angela-St. Joseph for a non-league bout on Thursday, March 20. St. Vincent-St. Mary will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Roosevelt (Kent, OH). The Vikings record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Normandy drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Invaders travel to Bard Early College (Cleveland, OH) to clash with the Raptors in a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 25. The Raptors come into the bout with a record of 2-0. Bard Early College won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Max S. Hayes (Cleveland, OH)
