North Carolina High School Baseball - West Carteret prevails East Carteret
March 19, 2025: Morehead City, NC 28557 The West Carteret Patriots baseball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting East Carteret Mariners to 2 in the Patriots non-league win on Wednesday.
The Patriots now own a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Dixon for a non-league test on Friday, March 21. West Carteret will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-2.
With the defeat, East Carteret drops to 2-3 on the year. The Mariners travel to Washington (Washington, NC) to clash with the Pam Pack in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 26. The Pam Pack go into the test with a record of 4-3.
