Texas High School Baseball - Jefferson sneaks past Mountain View
March 19, 2025: El Paso, TX 79905 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Jefferson Silver Foxes (El Paso, TX) and the visiting Mountain View Lobos (El Paso, TX), saw Jefferson's baseball team get by Mountain View by a tally of 7-6.
The Silver Foxes (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Burges (El Paso, TX). The Mustangs go into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Burges was nipped by Bel Air (El Paso, TX), 5-1, in a non-league challenge.
With the defeat, Mountain View drops to 5-3 on the year. The Lobos host Santa Teresa (Santa Teresa, NM) to clash with the Desert Warriors in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 25. The Desert Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 3-0. Santa Teresa won 12-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Gadsden (Anthony, NM)
