New Mexico High School Baseball - Valencia loses to Moriarty
March 19, 2025: Los Lunas, NM 87031 Moriarty Pintos (Moriarty, NM) fans left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Valencia Jaguars (Los Lunas, NM), 9-5 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Moriarty advances its record to 4-1 on the season. The Pintos travel to Bernalillo (Bernalillo, NM) to battle the Spartans in a non-league match on Saturday, March 22. The Spartans come into the match with a record of 3-3. Bernalillo won 3-1 in their recent non-league match against Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM)
The Jaguars now have a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Los Lunas for a non-league match on Friday, March 21. Valencia will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 12-10 non-league win over St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM). The Tigers record now stands at 2-5.
