Riverside-Martin Knights (Williamston, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Northside - Pinetown Panthers (Pinetown, NC), 3-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Riverside-Martin upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Knights travel to Manteo (Manteo, NC) to battle the Redskins in a non-league test on Friday, March 4. The Redskins come into the test with a record of 1-0. Manteo won 12-2 in their recent non-league test against Cape Hatteras (Buxton, NC)
