March 2, 2022: Carlsbad, CA 92008 Carlsbad Lancers (Carlsbad, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting Mt. Carmel Sundevils (San Diego, CA), 12-9 in a non-league match.
With the win, Carlsbad betters its record to 1-0 on the season. The Lancers travel to Del Norte (San Diego, CA) to play the Nighthawks in a Palomar match on Friday, March 11. The Nighthawks go into the match with a record of 1-1.
With the defeat, Mt. Carmel drops to 0-1 on the season. The Sundevils host Temecula Valley (Temecula, CA) to play the Golden Bears in a non-league match on Friday, March 4. The Golden Bears go into the match with a record of 3-1. Temecula Valley won 11-5 in their recent non-league match against Fallbrook (Fallbrook, CA)
