March 2, 2023: Alanson, MI 49706 Pickford Panthers (Pickford, MI) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Alanson Vikings (Alanson, MI), 80-44 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Pickford upgrades its record to 12-8 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Brimley (Brimley, MI) to play the Bays in a non-league bout on Wednesday, March 8. The Bays come into the bout with a record of 12-10. Brimley won 63-38 in their recent non-league bout against Harbor Light Christian (Harbor Springs, MI)
Next up, the Vikings play the Harbor Light Christian Swordsmen (Harbor Springs, MI) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, March 8. Alanson will attempt to upgrade on its 9-12 season record. The Swordsmen come into the bout with a 12-10 record after their 63-38 non-league loss to Brimley (Brimley, MI).
