March 2, 2023: Lafayette, CA 94549 The Fremont Christian Warriors volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Bentley Phoenix to 1 in the Warriors non-league victory on Thursday.
The Warriors now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Contra Costa Christian for a Bay Counties game on Monday, March 6. Fremont Christian will meet a Cougars team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to St. Patrick-St. Vincent (Vallejo, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 0-1.
The Phoenix (0-5) will now prepare for their game against Antioch (Antioch, CA). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 0-4 record. In their last game, Antioch dropped by Castro Valley (Castro Valley, CA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
