Texas High School Baseball - Lubbock loses to Joshua
March 2, 2024: Joshua, TX 76058 The Joshua Owls baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Lubbock Westerners to 1 in the Owls non-league victory on Saturday.
The Owls (4-2) will now prepare for their match against Mansfield Summit (Arlington, TX). The Jaguars go into the 5A Region I District 8 match with a 1-7 record. In their last match, Mansfield Summit was overwhelmed by Terrell (Terrell, TX), 7-3, in a non-league match.
The Westerners (4-6) will now prepare for their match against Cooper (Abilene, TX). The Cougars go into the 5A Region I District 4 match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Cooper ran past North Crowley (Fort Worth, TX), 6-0, in a non-league match.
