March 2, 2024: San Francisco, CA 94116 The Monta Vista Matadors topped the host St. Ignatius College Preparatory Wildcats volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Matadors now have a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cupertino for a non-league test on Saturday, March 2. Monta Vista will confront a Pioneers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA). The Pioneers record now stands at 2-2.
The Wildcats (0-2) will now prepare for their test against San Leandro (San Leandro, CA). The Pirates enter the non-league test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, San Leandro gained a win over Berkeley (Berkeley, CA), 2-0, in a league test.
