The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Basha Bears (Chandler, AZ) and the host Marcos de Niza Padres (Tempe, AZ), saw Basha's volleyball squad beat Marcos de Niza by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Basha upgrades its record to 6-1 on the year. The Bears travel to Cactus Shadows (Cave Creek, AZ) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Saturday, March 2. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Cactus Shadows won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Crismon (Queen Creek, AZ)
