The Oilers now have a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valley Christian for a non-league test on Saturday, March 2. Montebello will confront a Defenders team coming off a 3-0 league win over Heritage Christian (Northridge, CA). The Defenders record now stands at 1-4.
The Saxons (0-8) will now prepare for their test against Bellflower (Bellflower, CA). The Buccaneers enter the non-league test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Bellflower gained a win over California Academy of Math & Science (Carson, CA), 3-1, in a non-league test.
