Louisiana High School Softball - Acadiana bounces Cedar Creek
March 2, 2024: Ruston, LA 71270 Acadiana Rams (Lafayette, LA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Cedar Creek Cougars (Ruston, LA), 4-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Rams now own a 4-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hahnville for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 5. Acadiana will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 10-4 non-league loss to Dutchtown (Geismar, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 7-5.
With the loss, Cedar Creek falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Mamou (Mamou, LA) to battle the Demons in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 2. The Demons enter the challenge with a record of 4-1. Mamou won 13-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Marksville (Marksville, LA)
