The Southlake Carroll Dragons the visiting Azle Hornets softball squad by a count of 4-2 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Dragons (16-4) will now prepare for their battle against Timber Creek (Fort Worth, TX). The Falcons go into the 6A Region I District 4 battle with a 11-6 record. In their last battle, Timber Creek nudged Little Elm (Little Elm, TX), 10-0, in a non-league battle.
