Texas High School Softball - Burleson bounces Estacado
March 2, 2024: Burleson, TX 76028 Burleson Elks (Burleson, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Estacado Matadors (Lubbock, TX), 13-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Elks now own a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Seguin for a 5A Region I District 8 challenge on Monday, March 11.
With the loss, Estacado falls to 7-12 on the campaign. The Matadors host Lubbock (Lubbock, TX) to battle the Westerners in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 5. The Westerners enter the challenge with a record of 1-3.
