Hawaii High School Softball - Kea'au bounces Ka'u
March 2, 2024: Kea'au, HI 96749 Kea'au Cougars (Kea'au, HI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Ka'u Trojans (Pahala, HI), 16-0 in a league challenge.
The Cougars now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Kamehameha Hawai'i for a Big Island - West challenge on Tuesday, March 12. Kea'au will face a Warriors squad coming off a 12-1 league loss to Kealakehe (Kailua-Kona, HI). The Warriors record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Ka'u falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Trojans host Hilo (Hilo, HI) to face the Vikings in a Big Island - West challenge on Saturday, March 9. The Vikings enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.
