March 2, 2024: Stephenville, TX 76401 The Stephenville Yellow Jackets/Honeybees the visiting Whitney Wildcats softball squad by a count of 7-5 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Yellow Jackets/Honeybees (6-8) will now prepare for their battle against Godley (Godley, TX). The Wildcats go into the non-league battle with a 9-2 record. In their last battle, Godley nudged Lampasas (Lampasas, TX), 10-2, in a non-league battle.
The Wildcats now sport a 2-9 record. They play next when they travel to Pantego Christian for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 5. Whitney will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 15-5 non-league loss to Legacy Christian Academy (Frisco, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 2-1.
