California High School Softball - Polytechnic edges Temple City

March 2, 2026: Pasadena, CA 91106

The Polytechnic Panthers softball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Temple City Rams to 3 in the Panthers non-league win on Monday.

The Panthers now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Flintridge Sacred Heart for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 5. Polytechnic will meet a Tologs squad coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Duarte (Duarte, CA). The Tologs record now stands at 1-3.

The Rams (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Glendora (Glendora, CA). The Tartans go into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Glendora held off West Covina (West Covina, CA), 11-0, in a non-league challenge.
