March 20, 2024: Farina, IL 62838 The Farina South Central Cougars baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Cisne Runnin' Lions to 0 in the Cougars non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Cougars (3-0) will now prepare for their match against Mater Dei (Breese, IL). The Knights go into the non-league match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Mater Dei was overwhelmed by Wesclin (Trenton, IL), 9-3, in a non-league match.
The Runnin' Lions (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Grayville (Grayville, IL). The Bison go into the Midland Trail match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Grayville was overwhelmed by Red Hill (Bridgeport, IL), 17-2, in a league match.
