The Baptist Prep Eagles (Little Rock, AR) baseball trounced the visiting McGehee Owls (McGehee, AR), 18-8 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

The Eagles now own a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Quitman for a 2A Region 5 challenge on Friday, March 21. Baptist Prep will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 12-0 non-league win over Mt. Vernon-Enola (Mt. Vernon, AR). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-4.
